INDUSTRY PARTNERS
Workforce Industry needs drive our decisions and programs
WorkTexas is accountable to its industry partners by ensuring the curriculum and teaching align completely with the needs of our employer partners. WorkTexas involves partners directly in both, curriculum development and enhancement, as well as in selecting and training the teachers who deliver instruction.
With the support of our industry partners, WorkTexas creates a robust training-to-employment pipeline to support the hiring needs of our employers and employment needs of our students via:
- Paid internships
- On-the-Job Training
- Registered Apprenticeships
- Direct Placement
If you are interested in partnering with WorkTexas, please contact Yazmin Guerra, Director of Workforce Development via email at yguerra@worktexas.org
