Premier High School at Gallery Furniture North was represented by four welding students at the Gator Dime Stackin’ Challenge at Dickinson High School on January 23, 2021. All four competitors completed challenges in Tool ID, Safety Quiz, and Level One Welding. Besides the competitive events, the students were able to work with industry experts to try their skills at using a gas-powered welding machine and underwater welding.

One of our students, Victor Munoz, placed 5th out of 72 Level 1 competitors for his weld, and his work earned him a certification.
